10. Lone Operator Program – Attendance and Payments
Lone Operator is not a pay-as-you-go program.
By enrolling, you commit to 12 monthly payments, regardless of attendance.
Key Rules:
- Leaving a session early = incomplete module
- Full attendance is required for module completion
- Catch-ups are required for missed or incomplete sessions
- Catch-ups are not available in all provinces
11. Progression and Completion
- You may continue training even if modules are missed
- However, incomplete modules will impact performance, especially from Module 6 onward
- Module 6 is a high-pressure culmination of Modules 1–5
If you miss earlier modules:
- You will struggle to keep up
- The class will not be slowed down to accommodate you
12. Certification Requirements
To receive your Level 1 Certificate and Lone Operator badge, you must:
- Complete all modules in full
You may progress to Level 2 without completion, but:
- No certificate or badge will be issued until all modules are completed
13. Safety Policy
Safety is non-negotiable.
If you present a safety risk at any time:
- You will be removed (“benched”) from the session
14. Attendance Discipline
- Sessions start on time
- Late arrivals disrupt training and will not delay the group
Plan accordingly and respect the training schedule.
15. Final Note
This program is designed for real-world survival—not casual participation.
You are responsible for:
- Your attendance
- Your preparation
- Your progression
Payment covers all 12 sessions, regardless of attendance.
